Shipping: You can trust that your personalized iron on transfers will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States, Canada or internationally using the shipping method of your choice from Toronto.

Table Rate: regular shipping by Canada Post or USPS, 3~6 business days delivery;

TNT: Express shipping, 2 or 3 business days delivery;

UPS: Overnight shipping, 1 or 2 business days delivery;

When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method select­ed and your shipment’s destination. Items in stock will typically ship out in 1 business day.

Process

1. Register an account in our website and input all necessary information

2. Login in your account and start to search the items you like

3. Add items to your shopping cart.

4. After adding all items to shopping cart, click “SHOPPING CART” and “CHECKOUT”. When you order a big quantity, you can ask for “DISCOUNT COUPON” from sales representatives and input in box “REDEMPTION CODE” and also, you can leave a message in “Special Instructions/Order Comments” when you have some messages to us, such as customized iron on transfers you want, sizes, colors, quantity, redesigns and other requirements. We will pay attention to those “Special Instructions/Order Comments” during order process.

5. You can choose any shipping method in shipping page according to needs.

6. Once your payment is completed, we will work on the order right away.

7. We will continue to update your order status to keep you informed until you receive the order.

8. Any feedback will be replied as soon as possible. There will be reimburse, replacement and refund when it is our fault.

1. What is your return policy?

We don't accept return for custom light colored fabric iron on transfers because they are designed for you; If there is quality problem, we could communicate to solve it or replace with a new one set.

For defected products, you could return it within 7 days after you receive it.

2. Do you have drop shipping service?

3. Is there any quantity discounts?

Yes, great discount is available for large quantity order. For more details, please feel free to send us an email to ask for discount coupon.

4. What are the shipping methods?

Usually, we ship your order via Canada Post regular service without tracking number to save your money. If you need rush service, please contact us after you place your order or choose the faster shipping method. UPS Express service is available, but extra shipping fee will be charged.

5. How to place your order?

Tip: If you need preview of personalized iron on transfers, send us an email, we will give the preview.

Method 1:

1. Choose "Material" and "Quantity", and "Add to Cart", and continue to buy other items

2. After adding all items you want in the shopping cart, leave a message about name and number you want or other requirements in the box "Special Instructions / Order Comments" in "CHECKOUT-STEP 2/3", we will pay attention to it once you finish payment.

Method 2:

After you finish payments, leave a message to diecutlogo@amikshop.com and tell the name and number you want, colors or other requirements.
